There were no reliable moon sightings on Tuesday May 17th 2018 so the first day of fasting will begin on Thursday May 17th. The Islamic Center of Mill Valley will have nightly Taraweeh prayer with the full Quran recitation beginning on Wednesday May 16th after Isha prayer. A potluck style iftaar (fast breaking) will also occur daily during Ramadan right before the Mugrib prayer.
